OK, you caught me: Really, there are NO short-cuts to emotional and spiritual health. If we've got a physical or mental health issue to deal with, then there is no way around it except to lift the lead and find out WHAT is really underneath it all.
And that's sometimes the hardest work a person can do (which is why so many of us try to avoid it like the plague).
BUT - that said, there is still a way that you can break this huge work up into manageable 5 minute daily chunks, and that's what the following infographic is all about.
