Just a quickie, to share something I just learnt: If you bruise easily, you may well be deficient in Vitamin C. So break out the juicer, or eat a kiwi a day. The other factor that can lead to easy bruising is if your spleen meridian is weak. (Today, practically every one in the whole world has a weak spleen meridian.)
To help remedy this, you can flush the spleen meridian every day, as follows:
1) Trace the spleen meridian backwards: start by placing the palms of hands on your ribcage (on both sides of your body); come up to the armpits; then trace down the front of your body, and the front of your legs, coming off the big toe.
2) Now, do the same thing in reverse, three times: start at the big toes (on both sides of your body), trace up the front of your legs and your body to your armpits, then trace down to the bottom of your ribcage.
Try this a couple of times a day - just after you've sipped your big cup of fresh OJ - and with G-d's help, the bruising should start to fade.
